Our care team has listened to your feedback and used their knowledge to put together a list of answers to your most frequently asked questions.

How can I make a complaint or compliment?2017-07-12T15:41:54+01:00

At MF Care Management we always welcome feedback. Whether it is positive or negative, we view this as something that may help us improve the service.

Any complaints that you may have, regardless of its nature, will always be given the highest priority.

In the first instance, we would always encourage you to contact us direct so that your complaint can be dealt with and resolved immediately.

Can I change or discontinue my service?2017-07-12T15:42:52+01:00

You can change the number or type of services we provide to your loved one whenever it’s necessary. We understand the care situation can quickly change, so we’re as flexible as possible with your loved one’s care. Plus, you’re never bound to a long-term contract, so you can discontinue your relationship with MF Care Management at your discretion.

Can you give medications?2018-10-26T14:40:23+01:00

All care workers are trained to give medications. Care workers can remind you to take medication, prompt to take medication from a blister pack supplied by your pharmacist or administer medication from its original box.

We can collect or return medication to the pharmacy.

Will I always receive care from the same care worker?2017-07-12T15:44:15+01:00

Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with your loved one. Should your family want to request another care worker for any reason, we’ll search for a match until your family is happy. We understand that a strong rapport and trust with a care worker is vital to a successful home care experience.

If your loved one receives care for many hours in a day or at different times of the day throughout the week, it may be necessary to schedule more than one care worker in a given week. If your family requires multiple care workers, our goal is the same: we want you to be satisfied and happy. We’ll do what it takes to make sure we achieve that goal.

How much will my care cost?2017-06-19T16:51:48+01:00
