We are always pleased when service users and their families contact us to say much they have appreciated the care and support they have received.
A great blessing to us
On behalf of my brother and myself, and indeed all our family, I should like to record the debt we owe MF Care Management who came to care for both our parents over the past 2 years. Without their help, Mum and Dad could not have stayed in their own home and this they so dearly wished to do, it was a great blessing to us all that this became a reality.
Very professional and extremely caring
I would like to say that the MF Care Management, who cared for my wife until she died, were very professional and extremely caring and kind during the time they were here. I would like to say thank you.
Thank you for all your support
I have now enjoyed the support of MF Care Management and I would like you to know that of 6 1/2 years of having to need care, these two ladies, though very different in character, they are both splendid carers in their own way.
You never let us down
Thank you to you all at MF Care Management for the support you have given us over the last four years. You have never let us down over the years, we have met some interesting and caring people. We have no hesitation in recommending you to other people.
Very pleased and happy in her care
Can you kindly note that I was very happy with the MF Care Management who came to look after my mother and she was very happy in her care too. Very reassuring to know that she was in the capable hands of someone you could trust.
Appreciate everything you’ve done
I would like to say a big thank you for all the care you’ve provided for my dad over the last couple of years or so. Without such care he would not have been able to stay in the house he loved so much. I appreciate everything you’ve done for him.
Treated with the upmost respect
The four carers you provided to attend to my mother were absolutely fantastic. They were so attentive to her needs and always managed to make an unbearable situation, tolerable. They treated her with the upmost of respect with attitudes solely for her comfort and wellbeing. They managed to raiser her spirits when she was down, through friendliness and encouragement, all whilst maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness. When it’s your mother, you only want the best for her, so trusting other people to care for her, the way I would, is no easy task, but alas one I think they managed, and did it admirably.
