This is a non-medical support service and is there to help individuals ensure their medications are taken correctly. We cannot prescribe, sell or dispense medication. Our care teams can supervise or help with the taking of pre-prescribed medications.

We can also help with picking up orders from pharmacies if required.

With our Medication Support service we take the time to fully understand individual needs and incorporate this into the daily care plan. We will supervise the taking of pre-prescribed medications and ensure they are taken as they should be, with the correct dosage and instructions followed.  We will tailor visits around specific instructions – and we are available around the clock.

We can also collect pre-prescribed medications from the pharmacy if required, and liaise with care professionals on behalf of our clients.
