Getting older shouldn’t mean losing your independence. MF Care Management provides quality care support for its older service users, enabling them to continue living fulfilling lives in the homes that they know and love.
The support we provide ranges from simple practical support with everyday living tasks, such as housework, shopping, laundry, correspondence and other paperwork, through to help with personal care (washing, dressing, medication etc.), making or eating meals, and even higher-level clinical or nursing support. In many cases, our staff also support service users to maintain their family and social lives, perhaps escorting them outside the home.
In additional to general support, we are also skilled in supporting particular age-related health conditions, such as dementia and Parkinson’s disease.
